Dr. Miner earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from St. George’s University in the Caribbean, completing her clinical year at Kansas State University followed by a Shelter Medicine and Community Outreach Internship. Her personal veterinary ethics include the beliefs that every person and animal comes from a unique circumstance that should be met with understanding, that every person and animal is worthy and deserving of care regardless of their circumstance, and that there is always something we can do.

Outside of work, Dr. Miner enjoys paddle-boarding, puzzles, reading, video games, and listening to loud music. At home, she shares her life with her two cats, Mucha and Vinny, as well as her newest addition, Muffin, a geriatric, blind chihuahua.
